About Dr. Vinay Kumaraswamy

Dr. Vinay Kumaraswamy, a distinguished orthopaedic surgeon specializing in arthroscopy, sports injuries, and shoulder surgery. Dr. Kumaraswamy is dedicated to providing his patients with the highest quality of care and treatment, utilizing the most advanced techniques and technologies available. With a special interest in upper limb pathologies, he has extensive experience in treating complex knee and shoulder surgeries, ACL reconstructions and ligament surgeries, total knee replacement, and total hip replacement surgeries.
 

Dr. Kumaraswamy is a fellowship trained surgeon, having honed his skills at one of the best orthopaedic centers in the world at Wrightington Hospital, Manchester, UK. He completed his MBBS from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute and his MS orthopaedics from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, securing 4th rank in the post graduate entrance exam. Dr. Kumaraswamy is a Member of Royal College of Surgeon [MRCS] of Edinburgh UK, and has trained under renowned experts in India and the UK, including a fellowship under Dr. David Rajan in Coimbatore.
 

Dr. Kumaraswamy is a thorough clinician, skilled surgeon, and astute academician, having authored more than 15 national and international publications and more than 10 conference presentations. He was awarded 'The Best Young Achiever' by The Bangalore Orthopaedic Society in 2015.
