The Fellowship program offered under Dr. Vinay Kumaraswamy involves working in both outpatient departments and hospitals, where the fellow will be responsible for performing surgeries at around one operating list every two weeks. During this period, the fellow will gain exposure to approximately 10 surgical procedures per week. The program places a significant emphasis on conducting clinical-based research projects at the clinic, with research being a critical component of the program.
 

As part of the program's requirements, the applicant must aspire to specialize in Adult Reconstruction, Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine, and should aim to publish at least one clinical paper by the end of their tenure.
 

To be eligible for the program, applicants must have completed their orthopedic surgery training and possess a minimum of two years of experience after post-graduation.
